Hi, I’m Stephen, I’m a psychologist and coach and welcome to my blog.

I’ve decided to create this blog because I’ve been coaching people for 6 years now, and I’ve consistently recognised a few themes in what my clients are looking to explore and achieve from coaching.

The reason I became a coach was pretty simple: it was to help people. Coaching really helped me navigate through those times when I was feeling lost and frustrated in my own life and helped to clarify the direction I wanted to take.

As a coach, my main aim when working with clients is to help them understand where they are, where they want to be and help create a plan of how to get there.

However, there are only so many people I can work with on a one-to-one basis. So, this blog aims to provide some free guidance and hopefully extend that reach. If you stick around; experiment and try out some of these ideas, I’m confident you’ll find something that will have a positive impact in your life.

I prescribe to the “many small improvements add up” school of thought. So, what you will find here are practical methods that have worked for me and my clients from a variety of sources – simple tweaks that will add up to make a lasting and significant improvement to your life.

So, if exploring topics like improvement, development, story-telling, psychology… and basically, anything related to how we navigate life sounds like your particular cup of tea, then stick around. I’ll be releasing some more content soon.

Thanks for stopping by, see you soon.

Stephen
